The Lightbearer Chronicles is planned as a six-book series. Each installment builds on the characters, conflicts, and events of the previous books, bringing their journeys together in an overarching story.

Yes! The series follows a continuous storyline, with character development, revelations, and consequences that carry from one book to the next. The book number is noted under the title of each book in the series.
What genre is the series?
The series blends speculative fantasy, action, adventure, and coming-of-age elements in an alternate version of the 1990s. Alongside its elemental abilities and larger conflicts, the story also explores character relationships, found family, and hope.
Will there be more books after this series?
I'd love to continue exploring new stories and creative ideas beyond The Lightbearer Chronicles. For now, my main focus is bringing this series to life, but I don't intend for it to be the only story I ever tell.

Although the series includes themes of friendship, courage, and hope, it also explores heavier subjects. The 15+ rating is intended to help readers understand that the story goes beyond lighthearted adventure. It is a general age-guidance recommendation, not a guarantee that every reader will find every scene comfortable.
Is the series suitable for younger readers?
That depends on the individual reader's age, maturity, and comfort with heavier themes. Although the main characters are young, the series deals with situations that may be challenging for some readers. Relationships will develop alongside the larger story, with an emphasis on trust, emotional connection, tenderness, and mutual care rather than romantic drama for its own sake.

No. My stories aren't intended to feature explicit sexual content. Romantic moments may include affection, kissing, and emotional intimacy, but these are handled in a non-explicit way.

The series includes action, dangerous situations, and characters who experience injuries. Violence serves the story rather than existing for shock value, and I don't intend to dwell on graphic or gruesome detail.

My Christian faith informs the values and themes that matter to me as a writer, including courage, compassion, forgiveness, and hope. These influences are part of the heart of my storytelling. Readers can expect meaningful moral questions and themes of hope without every story moment becoming a sermon.

What makes the elemental system different?
The elements are more than abilities used in a fight. They help shape the world's culture, social expectations, and conflicts, while reflecting different aspects of the characters and their journeys. The system also creates room for questions about power, responsibility, and what happens when society begins to fear what it once accepted.
What inspired the series?
The series grew from my love of character-driven adventures, imaginative worlds, strong friendships, and stories where people choose to stand by one another through difficult circumstances.
Will there be character art, playlists, or other extras?
I hope to share more of the creative side of the series, including artwork, visual inspiration, playlists, and glimpses into the worldbuilding process. Some details may remain under wraps to avoid spoilers, but there will be plenty to explore as the project develops.
